The pg77 VIP Program is designed specifically for serious players — featuring the highest cashback rates, unlimited withdrawal limits, a personal account manager, and access to exclusive promotions unavailable to regular members.
Every player starts at Silver and advances automatically based on total deposits and monthly gameplay activity
Many online players have experienced the disappointment of a platform that offers an attractive welcome promotion but nothing more for long-term members. At pg77, we understand that loyal players are the backbone of our community — which is why our VIP program is built with real substance, not just a name.
The pg77 VIP Program has four tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier comes with greater benefits, and upgrades happen automatically based on your cumulative deposit total and monthly gaming activity. No complicated application process, no hidden conditions — our system updates your tier in real time.
Key points: VIP cashback is credited to your account every Monday based on your net losses from the previous week. There is no maximum cap for Diamond cashback — the higher your tier, the greater the protection you receive.
What sets the pg77 VIP apart from other platforms is its system transparency. You can monitor your current tier, progress toward the next tier, and total cashback accumulated — all directly from your account dashboard. No surprises, no conditions that change without warning.
Diamond members receive up to 15% cashback every week with no maximum cap. Cashback is calculated automatically and credited directly to your account balance every Monday.
VIP members enjoy significantly higher daily withdrawal limits compared to regular members. Diamond members have no limits at all — your winnings can be fully withdrawn at any time.
Platinum and Diamond members are assigned a dedicated personal account manager reachable through an exclusive channel. Your manager helps handle your needs, answers queries, and ensures your gaming experience runs smoothly at all times.
Withdrawal requests from VIP members are processed with priority. Diamond members can expect withdrawals to be completed in under 30 minutes in most cases.
Your birthday won't pass unnoticed at pg77. VIP members receive a personalised birthday bonus, special gifts during festive seasons, and invitations to limited promotions not advertised to the general public.
In addition to regular live chat, VIP members get access to a dedicated support line handled by a specialised VIP team. Response times are faster and every issue is resolved with full priority.
One of the most appreciated aspects of pg77 is the transparency of our VIP system. Unlike some platforms with hidden conditions or slow manual approval processes, pg77 uses a fair automated system that can be monitored in real time.
Your VIP tier is calculated based on the total cumulative deposits successfully processed within a set period. Once you reach the deposit threshold for the next tier, the system upgrades your account automatically — typically within a few hours. All new tier benefits become active and available immediately.
Another advantage rarely offered elsewhere: your VIP tier at pg77 will never drop as long as your account remains active. You don't need to worry about losing the VIP status you've worked for just because of one quieter month.
Create a new account at pg77 with complete and accurate information. A fully verified account processes deposits and withdrawals faster, so your VIP progress is never interrupted.
Cumulative deposit total is the basis for VIP level progression. The more consistently you top up your balance, the faster you reach Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Minimum deposit starts from RM 20 only.
Gaming activity across all categories — sports, fish shooting, slots, and live games — all count toward your VIP progress. Diversify your play to maximise your monthly activity points.
Log in to your pg77 account and visit the "VIP Profile" section to view your current level, progress percentage to the next tier, and estimated cashback for this week.
Weekly cashback is credited automatically, but some bonuses such as birthday bonuses or exclusive promotions need to be claimed through the promotions section. Make sure to check your account notifications regularly.
For players who reach Diamond tier, the gaming experience at pg77 becomes something truly different. This is more than just a label — Diamond is pg77's commitment to delivering the best treatment to players who have been part of our community for the long term.
As a Diamond member, you'll be assigned a personal account manager reachable through a private channel. This manager not only helps resolve technical issues but also keeps you informed about the latest promotions, newly launched games, and bonus opportunities tailored to your playing patterns.
No withdrawal limits means your big wins won't be delayed or split across multiple transactions. Your money, in your hands — in full and without unnecessary delays. That's the pg77 promise to every Diamond member.
Data security: All VIP account data is protected with industry-grade encryption. Your personal information will not be shared with third parties without your consent. Security and privacy are top priorities at pg77.

In Malaysia's increasingly crowded online gaming platform landscape, pg77 has built a strong reputation not through advertising alone, but through real experiences felt by every member. Our VIP program is one of the biggest reasons players stay loyal.
Picture this: you've been playing at pg77 for six months, reached Platinum tier, and are enjoying 9% cashback every week. At the same time, you have a personal account manager who reaches out whenever there's a promotion suited to your favourite games. Your withdrawals are processed with priority and funds land in your bank account in under an hour. That's the reality experienced by thousands of pg77 Platinum and Diamond VIP members across Malaysia.
Beyond the material benefits, pg77 VIP members also gain a sense of belonging as part of an exclusive community. Invitations to special competitions, private VIP-only tournaments, and early access to the latest games are among the experiences that add value to VIP membership beyond just monetary rewards.
I've been a pg77 Diamond member for over a year. My account manager is genuinely proactive — always lets me know about relevant promotions. Withdrawals are super fast too, funds arrive in about 20 minutes. No issues at all so far.
The 9% weekly cashback is huge for me. Win or lose, the cashback hits every Monday. It's reassuring to know there's always something coming back. pg77 really understands what players want.
Just reached Gold tier last week. Got an unexpected birthday bonus right away — genuinely surprised. Working toward Platinum before the year ends. The Gold withdrawal limit is already enough for my needs at this point.
The unlimited withdrawal limit for Diamond is why I stay loyal to pg77. Other platforms have daily caps that become a hassle when you win big. Here, you can withdraw any amount in a single day. That's a promise they truly keep.
